X is for eXercise

This one doesn’t need much explaining. We all know how important it is to make exercise a part of our daily routines. There are a million ways to incorporate exercise into our lives, from walking and running, to dancing, playing sports, hiking, riding a bike or a horse, climbing stairs or a mountain, just to name a few.

It doesn’t matter how you exercise, it just matters that you do it. Picture is of me and my sister “sweating to the 80s” with Richard Simmons.
