Find Your Inspiration

Who can relate?

This year has been hard for many, many reasons.

With the pandemic and switch to teletherapy, and then throw in a move to another state for me, there’s been a lot going on.

And I’ve found that because of this, my usual energy and motivation to get things done has been non-existent these days.

Which says a lot, because I am usually a highly motivated person. Typically, I’m the person that has way more ideas than time, but recently I’ve found myself having way more time than ideas.

And honestly that’s ok.

Initially, I was stressed and felt bad that I was not accomplishing everything that I typically would. But day by day I am learning to embrace this new normal and just be okay with what I can accomplish in a day.

Whether it’s crossing off everything on my “To-Do List” or just changing out of my pajamas, whatever I do is enough.

And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.

So if you’re feeling like me these days, I want you to know that I get you. I totally understand and I am here for you.

Whether you were super productive today or have barely gotten off the couch, I see you. For me, I worked out in the morning, went for a walk, then took a nap, and have spent the rest of the day on the couch watching football.

What about you? What have you accomplished today (big or small)?
